The most common feedback sent to us is that we have not responded to you or addressed your concern or given you your password to an online course.
We do not ignore your communications!
Before you submit a feedback for this purpose, please check your "Spam" or "Bulk" or "Junk" mailboxes (or whatever your email provider calls it) for our message. Most likely our message will be there.
Unfortunately, this is the price we all must pay for spam protection.
The second most common feedback is that a download file is damaged or corrupted. The file is fine on the server. Your file became corrupted during the download process.
Give us the details about the file you purchased or were trying to access, and our technical support person will always make sure that you get it.
