Sometimes you may receive a message that a download file is damaged or corrupted. The file is fine on the server. Your file became corrupted during the download process. Right-click again, save as a different name and download it again.
If that still doesn't work, give us the details about the file you purchased or were trying to access, submit a ticket through our Help Desk, and our technical support person help you get it.
