The most common feedback sent to us is that we have not responded to you.
Before you submit a feedback for this purpose, please check your "Spam" or "Bulk" or "Junk" mailboxes (or whatever your email provider calls it) for our message. Most likely our message will be there.
Unfortunately, this is the price we all must pay for spam protection.
The second most common feedback is that a download file is damaged or corrupted. The file is fine on the server. Your file became corrupted during the download process. Right-click again, save as a different name and download it again.
If that still doesn't work, give us the details about the file you purchased or were trying to access, and our technical support person help you get it.
Sometimes we may be unable to contact you because your email address is invalid. Please make sure you have typed the correct email address.
